CCTV catches Ghost in Taiwan Carpark

This is a real footage of a ghost which appears in a car park in Taiwan at around 1:30am.  A security guard who was recently appointed was shocked to see this footage, however other security guards have said the have seen this ghost appear numerous times. The ghost is moving from left to right and moves behind the car but, If you take a closer look, you can see that it has long hair and has both of her hands to her face as if she is crying.  The ghost seems to be drifting and no legs can be seen.  The ghost finally vanishes in to thin air within milliseconds.
