Ghost appears next to a tree

This is a footage was supposedly a guy using his mobile and randomly recording outside his apartment.  The clip was cut down to this extraordinary few seconds where he caught what looked like a mist in a shape of a human.This ghostly apparition is quite stunning as the fog like human appears from no where to form a human shape and then disappearing in a matter of seconds.
