Ghost object looks down the stairs

Two people where looking through a haunted house in Essex, England to see if they could catch any paranormal activities.  They looks down the basements but could not find anything.  As they were about to leave a work back up the stairs, there seems to be a ghost figure looking down quickly and walking through the doors.  Do you think it looks like a woman or just a reflection from the torch lights?
