This part of the Port Arthur Historic Site Ghost Part 2 shows how ghost hunter tries to see if the parsonage is really haunted by the accountant, Reverend Haywood who has been reportedly seen numerous times. Tour guides have often seen a tall man with a beard wearing a brown coat staring at them and disappearing in the air within seconds. Other hunting’s such as the lady in blue have also been reported. Children who have gone on the ghost tours have said to see the lady in blue, for example a young boy asked his mum to let him down while being carried by their parents. The parents would ask why, and the children would reply, “There is a nice lady who wants to play”. The lady in blue is often seen to be sad and sounds of her crying can be heard. She died during giving birth to a child and it is said that children have a higher change on encounters with her as she likes children.
